Bella Ink Designs & Other American Favorites

With the Fourth of July coming up this weekend we thought we'd share a few images of our All-American favorites with you, as well as some songs you may want to add to your patriotic party playlist.

Bella Ink Designs' cards and invitations are American designed and American made.  The paper comes from Wisconsin and our printer is just around the corner from our Illinois design studio.  Each card is hand-glittered in Illinois before shipping to retailers across the United States.  (Pictured top left: PH-80) 

Denim is a staple in the Bella Ink studio.  Whether it's a dark wash or a summery white, a skinny jean or trouser jean, it's welcome and usually styled fabulously by the gal wearing them. (Pictured top right: TEXTILE Elizabeth and James)

Stars and Stripes are forever.  At this time of year it's easy to grab a fresh accessory or tee for the Fourth of July holiday without breaking the bank.  (Pictured bottom right: Free People Faded Flag Scarf)

You know the saying "American as apple pie," right?  Well how about an apple cobbler cupcake instead?  One of the Bella Ink gals brought a cupcake variety pack from Crumbs back from NYC after last year's National Stationery Show, and we've been obsessed ever since.  Luckily Chicago has recently become home to a new Crumbs location.

Bella Ink's Best Dressed & Easter Dresses

Remember when we were young enough to not look silly sitting on the Easter Bunny's lap, and Easter Sunday was all about the Easter dress.  (And going to church in that dress, of course!)  While we may get a raised eyebrow sitting on the Easter Bunny's lap these days, we can still look forward to buying and wearing a fabulous new Spring dress.  As long as you cover up any bare shoulders with a cardigan in church, you should be able to avoid any glares.

What Is Your Good Luck Charm?

St. Patrick's Day is in less than a week and many towns will be celebrating this weekend by hosting bar crawls and 5k runs while restaurants serve up barrels of corned beef and cabbage and green beer.  

Many people associate luck with St. Patrick's Day, and it got Bella Ink wondering if you have a lucky charm?  We've pictured a few popular talismans above. 

We couldn't bring ourselves to post a rabbit's foot, but we found a picture with an adorable bunny saying, "Plz to not take mah feets, kthxbai."  That last part translates to Ok, thanks, bye!
