We don't want to jinx anything, but it truly feels like Spring is finally here to stay. The warmer weather has us daydreaming about the beautiful color schemes that could, and should, be used for Spring and Summer bridal showers. Right now we're especially loving a cheerful mix of Pink, Orange, Green and White.
What bride-to-be wouldn't love a chic rooftop patio party at sunset with glowing candles, bouquets of vibrant wildflowers and specialty cocktails served in elegant stemware? We'd love to be on the guest list to this soiree!
Keep in mind that party favors needn't cost an arm and a leg. Purchase beautifully wrapped soaps and place one on each plate. Be sure to select soaps wrapped in paper that coordinates with the party's color scheme to keep the tablescape elegant.
If you plan on opening gifts, and feel that at least one game is a must, think about combining the two activities. When the bride begins to unwrap her presents, set an egg timer for 2 minutes. When the timer goes off, the giver of the present she's opening wins a prize. Don't tell anybody about the game beforehand, though. Explain the game only after the timer has gone off once. Then remember to set the timer again. Mix up the intervals between the awarding of prizes to keep everybody's attention.
We hope you take some of these inspirations and tips and have a Bella Bash! Cheers!
